Ms. Brush received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. During her law school career, Ms. Brush worked at a business law firm in Okemos as the executive legal assistant. She also participated in Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s Estate Planning Clinic that allowed her to assist local senior citizens with their estate planning issues. Bethany was recently awarded a contract at the Saginaw County Probate Court handling abuse and neglect cases. She also handles matters related to family law, business law, and estate planning.
Randy Smith is a Saginaw native with over 35 years of legal practice. Mr. Smith attended the University of Michigan and graduated from University of Detroit Law in 1978. Mr. Smith was formally a partner in Smith and Popielarz in Saginaw, Michigan. He specializes in the drafting of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders which divide a spouse’s retirement benefits.
Jan has over twenty years of experience as a legal assistant and is regarded as one of the “best in the business.” She received her degree from Delta College. Jan is an avid marathon runner, has lived all over the world and loves to spend time with her grandchildren. When Jan isn’t working, traveling the world, or training for a marathon, she splits her time between Michigan and Arizona.

Ms. Whaley-Brady graduated from Western Michigan University in 1980 and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Michigan Bar Association. Ms. Whaley-Brady specializes in family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She also is past Chairperson of the Saginaw County Domestic Relations Committee as well as past President of the Saginaw County Bar Association. She continues to be a member of the Saginaw and Bay County Bar Association as well as a chair person for the Hidden Harvest Organization. Ms. Whaley-Brady has practiced family law for over twenty years and is well respected by the tri-county Judiciary for her knowledge and advocacy skills she exhibits in the courtroom on behalf of her clients.
ALEXANDRIA J. BRADY
Ms. Brady received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Communications from Central Michigan University and graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During her schooling, she completed a six-month internship in the Saginaw Prosecutor’s Office. Alexandria is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Michigan Bar Association and is on the board of the Mid-Michigan Women's Lawyer Association. She specializes in family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar. Alexandria, also known as Ali, is passionate about litigation. She handles divorce, custody, and post-judgment work in the office as well as estate planning.
